A: Our small custom orders can be finished and shipped in 5 working days after final confirmation.
Q: What orders qualify for the 5-day fast lead time?
A: It applies to standard models, regular materials, normal craftsmanship and small to medium quantity. Orders needing new molds, special materials or complex structure changes are not included.
Q: Does 5 days include design, sample and production?
A: Yes. The 5 days start from final drawing or sample approval, all the way to production, full inspection and shipment. If you already have ready drawings or samples, we can be even quicker.
Q: How can you make sure delivery is on time?
A: We have a special fast production line for small orders, keep enough regular materials in stock, and arrange priority production to ensure on-time shipment.
Q: Can you handle rush orders faster than 5 days?
